希腊坦言难偿债 德议员频质疑

周二欧元区各国财政部长同意将希腊的救助计划延长四个月时间，而希腊财政部长雅尼斯•瓦鲁法克斯(Yanis Varoufakis)则在周三对希腊的财政状况进行了一次坦白的评估。他表示，就公共部门而言，希腊不会遇到流动性问题。但是，就现在偿还所欠国际货币基金组织的债务以及7月份偿还所欠欧洲央行的债务而言，希腊则肯定会遇到问题。
瓦鲁法克斯并未具体透露希腊政府的资金缺口有多大。在本月早些时候支付了大约20亿欧元(约合23亿美元)的利息以后，希腊必须在3月份向国际货币基金组织偿还一笔16亿欧元(约合18亿美元)左右的债务，并在7、8两月向欧洲央行偿还大约75亿欧元(约合85亿美元)的债务。
虽然希腊延长2400亿欧元(约合2730亿美元)救助计划的请求在周二获得了“三驾马车”(欧盟委员会、欧洲央行和国际货币基金组织)的批准，但据德国地方报纸《莱茵邮报》(Rheinische Post)报道称，德国国会中的某些议员可能会在周五投票反对这项协议。同时，希腊的一些债权人已经对该国提交的改革计划提出了疑问。希腊雅典综合指数收跌1.6%，报923.03点，上一日该指数大幅收涨9.8%。
德国总理梅克尔努力打消其保守派阵营中的怀疑情绪，称延长希腊救助计划比其它方案更可取。柏林排除了减计希腊债务的可能性。朔伊布勒的发言人表示，是否给予希腊预防性信贷额度，或者在四个月的延长期结束后推出第三个救助计划，现在谈论这些为时过早。
另一个希腊经济承压的迹象是，该国四大银行中的两家，Eurobank 和Bank of Piraeus 将被泛欧STOXX 600指标股指剔除，这有可能使其在这个困难时期失去关键的投资。
