沙特石油部长称原油需求在增加

沙特石油部长欧那密(Ali Al-Naimi)周三(2月25日)表示，原油需求正在扩大，原油市场已经转向“平静”。同时，据利比亚的一名官员称，该国最大的油田周二再度关闭。基本面的细微变化对于原油市场产生了积极的影响，此外耶伦的讲话对于加息似乎出现了迟滞的迹象，市场的反应是美元指数的下滑，在一定程度上也助推了原油的反弹走势。
周三(2月25日)，纽约原油期货价格收盘上涨1.71美元，涨幅3.47%，报50.99美元/桶，主要由于美元走软及取暖用油和汽油价格上涨。截至收盘，美国NYMEX 3月原油期货价格收盘上涨1.71美元，涨幅3.47%，报50.99美元/桶。ICE布伦特3月原油期货价格收盘上涨2.97美元，涨幅5.06%，报61.63美元/桶。
沙特石油部长欧那密指出，其本人对原油市场已经表现出来的走势非常满意，市场需要一段稳定期。欧那密曾在2014年12月后期指出，无论原油价格如何下跌，减产都不符合石油输出国组织的利益;“作为OPEC的一项政策，我对此坚信不疑。
同时，据利比亚的一名官员称，该国最大的油田周二再度关闭，原因是暴雨天气导致Sarir油田遭遇了电力故障。而一个行业协会则在周二称，英国北海地区的原油产量在2014年中有所下降，原因是受到成本上升和油价下跌的影响，该地区的产量与1999年高点相比已经下降了70%左右。
但是另一方面，原油的库存情况并不乐观，美国能源部下属能源信息署(EIA)周三(2月25日)发布了截至2月20日当周的能源库存报告。报告显示，截至2月20日当周美国原油库存增加840万桶，这一增幅远超分析师此前预期。另据美国石油协会(API)周二公布的报告显示，截至2月20日当周美国原油库存增加890万桶，至4.37亿桶;汽油库存减少160万桶，至2.297亿桶;馏分油库存减少240万桶，至1.263亿桶。
市场人士称，由于目前原油市场的主要关注点仍在于供应过剩状况，因此周三公布的中国经济数据几乎并未对油价造成影响。汇丰银行(HSBC)当日公布报告称，2月份中国制造业采购经理人指数(PMI)的初值上升至50.1点，相比之下1月份的终值为49.7点，这一数据表明中国制造业状况略微有所改善。
