加拿大央行降息应对油价暴跌

1月21日讯——加拿大央行[微博](BOC)周三(1月21日)公布决议声明，意外地降息25个基点至0.75%，称降息是因为原油价格下跌，通胀率和增长预期严重下滑。
加拿大央行就此表示，降息旨在保证通胀前景和原油价格暴跌之际金融稳定性所面临的下行风险。
对于原油价格过去半年大跌50%左右，加拿大央行指出，原油价格大跌前景会“毫不含糊地不利于”2015年的加拿大经济，甚至未来数年；鉴于原油价格的跌幅和跌速，原油价格可能的水平、对加拿大经济前景的影响存在实实在在的不确定性。
加拿大央行大幅下调通胀率和经济增长预期：下调第一季度整体通胀率预期至0.5%(此前料为1.6%)，下调第二季度整体通胀率预期至0.3%(此前料为1.4%)，下调第三季度整体通胀率预期至0.5%(此前料为1.5%)，下调第四季度整体通胀率预期至1.2%(此前料为1.8%)，下调2015年平均国内生产总值(GDP)预期至增长2.1%(此前料增2.4%)。
但与此同时，加拿大央行上调第一季度核心通胀率预期至2.0%(此前料为1.9%)，上调第二季度核心通胀率预期至1.9%(此前料为1.8%)，上调第三季度核心通胀率预期至1.8%(此前料为1.7%)，上调第二季度核心通胀率预期至1.9%(此前料为1.8%)，称核心通胀率可能仍然接近2%，因为过剩供应存在下行压力、零售竞争和加元汇率贬值的上行压力消退。
