希腊财长：QE不足以解决希腊流动性问题

周二，希腊财长表示，欧央行[微博]任何形式的QE都有助于希腊经济，但都不足以解决希腊的流动性问题；若欧央行QE规模为5500亿欧元，则其中有159亿欧元用来买希腊政府债券。
希腊财长Gikas Hardouvelis出席某经济论坛会议，期间表示，单独欧央行QE不足以解决希腊经济中出现的流动问题。QE是货币政策措施的一种，它有助于提高流动性，提高人们对商品和服务的需求。
Hardouvelis表示，如果欧央行推出QE的规模为5500亿欧元，那么其中将有159亿欧元是用来购买希腊政府债券的，该规模不会受希腊主权债务评级以及其他因素影响。
Hardouvelis预计，希腊2014年经济增长为0.7%，高于0.6%的目标。
目前，市场普遍预期欧央行将于本周四的会议上推出QE。据彭博新闻社报道，斯洛伐克副财长Vazil Hudak表示，欧央行QE项目包括政府债券、机构债券，比如EIB(欧洲投资银行)，希腊在QE之中的参与应当取决于该国选举情况。
希腊将于1月25日(本周日)进行议会选举。据华尔街见闻网站报道，最新民调显示，希腊反援助的极左翼联盟Syriza优势扩大，很有可能赢得大选。
Syriza计划放松财政紧缩的情况，并与国际借款人谈判，减计希腊债务。投资者担心，若Syriza选举成功，可能会引发希腊政府与欧盟和国际货币基金组织[微博]之间的僵局，进而催生新一轮金融危机。
