美元周二反弹，受助于油价回落，帮助提振美元兑商品相关货币。纽约汇市午盘，美元指数触及四年半高位，兑挪威克朗上涨1.30%，兑日圆触及七年新高。
两名有影响力的美国联邦储备理事会(美联储/FED)官员发表乐观讲话，强调能源价格下跌对美国经济产生积极影响，助推美元升势。数据面的重头戏是周五将出炉的美国11月非农就业报告。
美联储副主席费舍尔和纽约联储总裁杜德利周一表示，油价疲软只会暂时打压美国整体物价，显示美联储不会让能源市场的动向影响其升息计划。这一讲话今日继续发酵。
形成对比的是，欧洲央行和日本央行还在应对通缩威胁，而油价大跌令他们的忧虑加重。欧洲央行周四将举行货币政策会议。美元指数升0.77%，报88.622。美元兑日圆升至七年高位119.22日圆，升0.70%。欧元兑美元跌至一周低点1.2381美元，跌0.70%。
路透访查的分析师预计，美国11月非农就业岗位增加23万，失业率为5.8%，平均时薪预计增加。
油价下挫重创挪威克郎，兑美元大跌1.30%，报7.0247克郎。美元兑加元升0.58%，报1.1394加元，澳元兑美元跌0.49%，报0.8447美元，徘徊在周一触及的四年低点0.8417美元附近。
