若OPEC本周达不成减产协议 油价将下跌

美原油期货周一(11月24日)亚洲时段持续徘徊在77.60美元附近，周线八周来首度上扬，因上周五中国央行意外降息，提振该国需求前景，同时OPEC石油大会将在本周四（11月27日）召开，近日伊朗等国已表态将说服沙特减产，消息利好油价。
然而，市场人士认为，如果石油输出国组织(OPEC)本周在维也纳开会时不能达成大规模减产的决议，那么原油价格可能跌向每桶60美元。若原油价格下跌，则国际金价将受累下跌。
今年6月为止，指标布兰特原油已经下跌34%，并在11月14日创下76.76美元/桶的四年低点。商品基金经理们表示，如果OPEC无法达成每日削减至少100万桶产能的协议，那么油价将进一步下挫。
Lupus alpha Commodity Invest Fund的Daniel Bathe表示，““如果不减产，则市场会质疑OPEC的公信力以及OPEC对全球油市的影响力，这将导致油价跌向60美元。”
Bathe补充道，“羊群效应和市场向净空头投机仓位的转变，都将加速推进价格下跌进程。”
基金经理对于OPEC能否就减产达成协议看法分歧，Bathe认为机率不超过50%。
夏季以来油价持续下跌，因供应充足而需求增长低迷，尤其是在欧洲和亚洲。由此而带来的结果是，一些投资者认为若少量减产，比如说每日减产约50万桶，将不足以让市场平静下来。
RCMA Capital首席投资长Doug King预计即使每日减产100万桶，布兰特原油价格都将跌至70美元。
他强调，如果OPEC未能就减产达成一致，那么油价将“进一步且快速下跌”，美原油可能将跌至60美元。
由于成员国难以平衡预算，因此许多OPEC国家将努力推动减产。Threadneedle大宗商品基金经理Nicolas Robin称，“如果油价跌至80美元下方，那么将让委内瑞拉等实力最弱OPEC成员国遭受巨大压力。”
Robin指出，如果减产规模更大，比如说每日减产100万桶或更多，这虽然是“很不可能实现的状况”，但这将快速将油价推升至85美元上方。
