油价因日本经济衰退而下跌

据路透社报道，油价周一缩减稍早录得的跌幅，之前俄罗斯和委内瑞拉似乎正协调一项维护油价的计划，不过，布兰特和美国原油仍然收低，因担心日本经济衰退。
指标布兰特近月原油合约收跌0.10美元，报每桶79.31美元，之前跌最多1.47美元，至77.94美元的日内低位。近月美国原油收跌0.18美元，报每桶75.64美元，日低为74.71美元。
日本第三季经济环比年率意外萎缩1.6%，因消费疲弱和出口下降，令经济滑入衰退。
“可以说，日本经济衰退拖累大部分市场走低，包括原油。但油市遇到另一个更大的难题：石油输出国组织(OPEC)即将举行会议，将维持原油产量不变。”交易商正在观望，看是否有迹象显示OPEC将在11月27日会议上就减产达成一致，以应对被广泛认为石油供应过多的问题。因担心供应过剩，布兰特原油已从6月触及的115美元以上的高位回落了约30%。
俄罗斯国有石油公司Rosneft 称，公司执行长将在11月25日飞往维也纳。消息令市场臆测，他将与其他部分OPEC成员国尝试协调保护油价的行动。委内瑞拉表示，该国外交部长拉米雷斯和俄罗斯能源部长诺瓦克已在莫斯科会面，讨论了抗击油价下跌。同时，伊朗石油部长尚甘尼周日指责部分国家，为拒绝通过减产来稳定价格编造藉口。
