瑞士黄金公投通过可能导致经济衰退

瑞士央行行长乔丹上周六(11月16日)在接受《SonntagsZeitung》采访时称，近几个月来瑞士的通缩风险已经明显增加，如果11月的黄金公投通过，瑞士将面临失业率升高，经济衰退的风险。这已经不是乔丹近期首次公开反对黄金公投，此前他在接受其他媒体采访时也发表过同样言论。
乔丹表示，瑞士黄金公投对欧元/瑞郎1.20的下限是个极大的威胁，该下限是当前确保物价稳定的关键。此外，长期来看黄金公投通过将极大限制央行的行动。他强调，“黄金公投通过绝对是弊大于利，我们已经注意到近几个月来瑞士通缩风险已明显加剧，若通过可能造成严重后果，包括失业率升高以及经济陷入衰退。”
瑞士曾在2011年9月将欧元/瑞郎下限设在1.20，以抵御通缩和经济衰退。此前瑞士央行已经表态，如有需要，将“立即”采取进一步行动。瑞士公投内容包括瑞士的黄金储备必须占全部外汇储备的20%，并且瑞士不得再出售黄金。该公投将在11月30日举行。
近期的一些民调显示，该公投通过的可能性不大。如果通过，为了达到20%的要求，瑞士央行将必须大量购买黄金。
