APEC论坛：奥巴马敦促中国充当伙伴

美国总统奥巴马周一表示，一个成功的中国符合美国和全球的利益，但北京必须在维护全球秩序方面充当合作伙伴，而不是破坏秩序。
奥巴马在抵达北京后，还敦促中国拒绝为了商业利益而使用网络窃密手段，并为所有企业创造公平竞争的环境，不利用政策为某些公司谋取好处。
奥巴马赴北京出席亚太领导人峰会。中美两国最近几个月在许多议题上存在分歧，包括贸易、海洋问题和网络安全。同时美国游说反对建立一个由中国倡议的多边基础设施投资银行。“我们的信息是，我们希望看到中国成功，”奥巴马在记者会上表示，“但随着他们的发展，我们希望他们在维护世界秩序方面成为伙伴，而不是破坏秩序。”
奥巴马将与中国国家主席习近平在周二晚宴上会晤，并在周三举行双边会谈。奥巴马宣布，中美同意大幅延长短期签证的有效期。他说，这将改善两国之间的贸易与商务联系。但他也敦促北京领导人为外国企业创造公平的市场环境。
“我们期望中国创造一个更加公平的环境，公平对待外国企业，以便他们能够与中国企业公平地竞争，”他在亚太经合组织(APEC)论坛向工商领袖发表讲话时表示。
“我们希望中国成为一个创新性的经济体，重视保护知识产权，拒绝为了商业好处而通过网络窃取商业秘密。”
中国监管机构为自己的反垄断政策辩护，称没有专门针对外国企业。
