现货黄金或成俄罗斯央行新贵

【行情回顾】
昨日晚间国际现货黄金亚洲时段盘初先扬后抑，随后在1309.00美元/盎司处企稳。欧洲时段盘初，现货黄金刷新1314.10美元/盎司日高，随后逐步震荡下跌。纽约时段盘初，现货黄金扩大跌幅，并刷新1304.39美元/盎司日内新低，随后在1309.00美元/盎司处盘整。而在今天亚市早盘，现货黄金多空双方于1307.00美元/盎司区域斗争激烈不分上下，目前金价短期处于盘整走势，后市还要继续关注各方面的信息。
【基本面分析】
乌克兰的局势是近期黄金市场的重要支撑，避险需求推动了金价的上涨。西方国家甚至对俄罗斯采取了制裁，这使得俄罗斯政府更为脆弱。随着乌克兰局势发展，纽约联储保管账户中的美国国债数量有明显减少，不禁让人猜测在几周前，由于担心美国的制裁，俄罗斯在快速收回其持有的美国国债。
因此，俄罗斯将不太愿意增加美国国债的持有，更明智的选择，是以黄金和其它贵金属的持有来多样化其储备。
俄罗斯大约持有1260亿美元的美债，如果出售其中一部分并用来购买黄金，那么对于黄金市场供求将带来很大影响。即使俄罗斯拿出其4390亿美元的外汇储备中的1000亿美元购买黄金，那么可以买差不多2000吨，是2013年全年黄金产量的75%左右。这毫无疑问将对金价产生很大影响。
【技术分析】
根据我们对伦敦金走势分析所得，由黄金日线图上看，黄金虽然在昨日晚间出现了小幅度下跌，但是属于主动的技术性回调，短期内无碍涨势，预计今天黄金将继续蓄势上攻1315位置，若1315位置能够成功修复，那么黄金短期内的上涨趋势将正式确立。而且，由布林线的持续收口状况上看，黄金短期内也即将面临走势抉择，若黄金持续上涨而引起布林线出现喇叭口，那么黄金则会再迎来一波新的上涨。
【操作建议】
做多：若黄金午后出现回调则1307开仓 止盈1316 止损1298
若黄金顺利突破1315阻力，则可以在1318位置再行加仓做多。
做空：开仓1320 止损1330 止盈1308
