市场避险情绪舒缓 黄金现货走势受压

【基本面】
美国商务部(DOC)于1月27日公布的数据显示，美国12月新屋销售总数年化意外骤降至41.4万户，但库存补充和房价稳步上涨表明，美国住房市场为该国经济增长提供有效支持；2013年新屋销售为42.8万户，创五年(2008年以来)最高。
美国达拉斯联储1月27日公布的数据显示，美国1月商业活动指数微幅上升至3.8，明显好于市场预期。各分项指针中，新订单升幅最为明显，大幅上升至14.4。
柯薛拉柯塔在接受美国一家媒体采访时表示，在购买国债之外，美联储还有其他宽松途径可以选择，这也是他没有在2013年12月美联储货币政策会议上反对将每月850亿美元购债计划缩减100亿美元的原因。柯薛拉柯塔表示，“我当时认为，现在也认为，在通胀率和就业前景之下，那样的宽松程度相当低。但我们还有大量工具可用。”
据外媒1月27日报道，美国达拉斯联储主席费舍尔希望美联储尽早结束其用于刺激经济的债券购买计划，但同时称，美联储不能“在一夜之间完全结束(购债政 策)”，而应当按每次政策会议最少缩减100亿美元的速度持续缩减量化宽松(QE)政策，直至将资产购买规模缩减至零的水平。
数据编撰机构Markit 1月27日公布的行业报告显示，受新订单和就业分项指数下滑的影响，美国1月综合采购经理人指数(PMI)初值小幅下降至56.0，但仍处在荣枯分水岭50上方，表明民间部门活动增长速度有所放缓；服务业PMI则触及四个月高点56.6。

市场避险情绪舒缓，金价受压，抵消当日升幅，中国内地黄金需求大增，12月份香港对中国黄金总进口为644公斤，增长速度创下历史新高。金价短线仍以上落市看待，1255～1268，市场静待议息结果，另外，全球最大黄金ETF持仓仍处于800吨水平，投资黄金意欲低迷，逢高沽金，技术走势确实难以分析，部处1270～1290沽金，下方目标1200！
