受美国GDP影响现货金价走低 或对非农麻木

【基本面】
欧元区10月通膨率掉到0.7%，远低于政策目标默认的2%，加上失业率居高不下，以及欧元汇价走强威胁经济复苏等，是迫使ECB提早出手主因，也跌破众人眼镜。不过，在降息过后，目前距零利率只剩1码的空间，如果再失效，届时ECB或许只能诉诸非常规货币操作手段。
美国第三季经济成长意外加速，由前季的2.5%进步至2.8%，远高于彭博社调查预估的2%。当季库存项目季增0.83%，增幅创一年新高是贡献成长主力(0.41%)。不过，消费与投资呈现放缓可能成为未来隐忧。
美国劳工部7日公布首次申请失业救济金人数符合预期，经季节性调整后(以下皆同)，初申领人数较前周减少9,000人至336,000人。根据彭博社调查，经济学家预估中间值为335,000人。四周初申领人数移动平均值较前周减少9,250人至357,500人。
时代杂志网站7日报导，Scotiabank预估8日公布的就业报告将显示，美国10月份非农业新增就业人数仅达8万人、甚不排除可能出现负数。
今年在联邦公开市场操作委员会(FOMC)具备投票权的波士顿储备银行(FED)总裁Eric Rosengren 4日指出，以2.8%的经济成长率来推算，美国得等到2018年底才能将失业率压低至5.25%。叶伦若顺利成为FED成立近一百年来第一位女性主席，她的任期将从2014年2月1日延续至2018年1月31日。换言之，一直到叶伦4年任期结束为止，美国可能都还没办法达到完全就业水平。Thomson Reuters报导，2010年2月时任旧金山FED总裁的叶伦在圣地亚哥大学发表演说时指出，失业率需降至5%才算是完全就业。
【行情分析】
昨晚欧洲央行出人意料地宣布将再融资利率由0.50%下调至0.25%。此外，欧洲央行宣布将隔夜贷款利率由1.00%至0.75%，并持存款利率在0%不变。美国第第三季GDP初值年化季率走高，远好于市场预期。数据显示，美国第三季度GDP初值年化季率增长2.8%，预期增长2.0%，前值增长2.5%。数据后，美指冲高回落，盘中刷新近期高点，黄金曾经大幅回落并跌破1300一线至1296.现价报1308。即使GDP开好，但不及影响退市，重头戏仍在今晚非农数据。按技术行走，金先跌后升。但现货金价在好于预期的美国第三季度GDP数据后震荡走低，市场对非农前的金价震荡走势似乎已经麻木了。
