两党乐观情绪 抑制黄金反弹势头

10月14日周一金价连续第五个交易日下跌，但没有再跌破上周五的三个月来最低点。在美国两党依然没有达成协议结束政府关闭的情况下，10月15日周二早市金价有小幅下跌，以1272美元/盎司开，在1271美元/盎司上下窄幅波动。
【基本面】
美国前财长萨默斯(Lawrence Summers)周二(10月15日)表示，美国政府将不会债务违约，所有的债券利息都会按时偿付。
美国财政部此前表示，如果国会不能在10月17日前提高举债上限，无法保证美国政府在10月17日后有能力付账。11月1日美国可能开始拖欠付款，届时财政部将没有足够的税收支付利息、退休金和其他款项。
萨默斯在世界知识论(World Knowledge Forum)主办的一个会议上说道：”美国政府不会债务违约，尽管我不能明确说出背后的政治机制运作情况，但可以非常确定的一点是，美元债券利息将得到偿付，且是按时偿付。”
萨默斯指出，美国在推动国内生产总值(GDP)回升至潜在水平一事上”取得了非常微弱的进展”。他补充道：”在我看来，将推动经济增长作为财政和货币政策的重心仍然至关重要。”
BK Asset Management董事总经理Kathy Lien表示：”投资者不相信美国政府将允许从未有过的违约发生，这种想法帮助市场保持一定的稳定性。”
布朗兄弟哈里曼(Brown Brothers Harriman)的市场研究团队日前表示，由于美国债务市场事关重大，因此大部分投资者还是认为美债违约的局面可以被避免，即便此事会拖延至最后一刻。
【行情分析】
美国两党依然在为政府关闭以及即将触及的债务上限进行谈判，尽管目前看来依然毫无进展，但仍有表示乐观称两党很快将达成协议，也正是这股乐观情绪抑制了金价的上升。
在离美国触及债务上限仅仅两天的情况下，金价与上一次美国触及债务上限时迥然不同。在2011年，金价在债务上限触及债务违约威胁下达到了创历史记录的高价。
“金价没能因为最近的这些风险事件获益，尽管有债务上限即将被触及的威胁，金价却没能被推高，”巴克莱资本(Barclays Capital)的贵金属策略师Suki Cooper说，”从目前市场的负面情绪来看，金价可能会继续抵抗。”
美国政府关闭已经进入第二周，黄金却没有显出很多人预计的避险保值功能，金价反而比美国政府关门前更低，主要原因是一波技术性的售出。
美国政府债务上限明天到顶，市场普遍预期两党会在最后期限达成共识，美国债券不会违约。
