GFMS：印度银进口量预估达5500公吨

印度《商业标准报》3月19日报导，Thomson Reuters GFMS最新报告预估，2013年印度白银进口量预估将达到创新高的5,500公吨，较上一年度将大增180%，也将超过此前在2008年所创下的5,048公吨，主要因为印度政府限制黄金的进口，从而带动白银替代需求的影响。报告指出，由于政府的限制导致印度国内金价高涨，并且黄金供应短缺，而国内以及出口的银饰需求则趁机而起，因此贸易商纷纷增加白银的库存。另一方面，2013年平均银价为每盎司23.85美元，低于2012年的31.17美元，也是刺激白银消费的一大因素。今年以来的平均银价续跌至20.53美元，主要为白银的工业需求持续疲弱的影响。世界白银协会（The Silver Institute）3月18日发布的调查报告显示，2013年美国银饰销量大增73%，为连续第五年取得增长。零售商称银饰销量占所有珠宝销售的33%，销售额则占29%。零售商们的银饰销量在2013年平均增长17%。此外，66%的零售商们称其2013年节日季的银饰销售比2012年有所增加。
汇丰本月（3月13日）报告表示，大陆以及印度的实物买盘需求将支撑2014年金银价格，这将促使白银ETF的投资需求较2013年将有所企稳回升；而由于银价目前还高于生产成本，所以矿产企业还有动力继续扩大供应。汇丰预计2015年和2016年的白银均价预估分别在20.25美元/盎司以及21.50美元/盎司。长期来看，汇丰预计银价将涨至25美元/盎司。
