德国商业银行：预估第四季金均价1400

“Kitco的News》报导，德国商业银行（Commerzbank）3月19日报告表示，近期金价可能回撤，因年初以来的涨幅已达15%，而克里米亚危机缓和之后，黄金的避险需求也将降温；但预期今年稍晚金价走势仍会回升，该行预估今年第四季的平均金价将为每盎司1,400美元，而银铂钯今年第四季的均价预估则分别为每盎司24美元、1,600美元与825美元。
德国商业银行认为，包括新兴经济体的纷扰与不确定性、俄乌的地缘政治紧张、美债值利率重新下跌，以及黄金ETF（交易所交易基金）的再度增长等，都是支撑金价的有利因素。而实物需求除了受到中国大陆的支撑之外，一旦印度的黄金进口限制措施有所放宽，也将会重新带动黄金的需求。
路透社3月19日引述消息来源报导，印度央行新核定五家国内银行得以进口黄金，暗示限制措施或会放宽。针对白银价格，德国商业银行表示，银价今年以来基本追随金价表现，但涨幅不若金价，主要因为白银的工业需求仍旧疲弱的影响；不过，白银投资需求强劲是支撑银价的一大因素，而只要大陆经济没有出现问题，工业需求预期将逐渐恢复，届时也将会带动银价上涨。
世界白银协会（银Institute）3月18日发布的调查报告显示，2013年美国银饰销量大增73%，为连续第五年取得增长。零售商称银饰销量占所有珠宝销售的33%，销售额则占29%。零售商们的银饰销量在2013年平均增长17%。此外，66%的零售商们称其2013年节日季的银饰销售比2012年有所增加。
