美国10月营建许可年率月增6.2% 创下5年新高

美国商务部11月26日公布，10月份营建许可年率月增6.2%至103.4万栋，此创下自2008年6月以来的逾五年新高；其中独户住宅营建许可年率月增0.8%至62万栋，五户以上集合住宅则月增16.9%至38.7万栋。与去年同期的90.8万栋相比，10月份营建许可年率年增13.9%。根据彭博社的调查，经济学家原先预估10月份营建许可年率将为93万栋。
因政府关门推迟公布的9月份营建许可年率月增5.2%至97.4万栋，其中独户住宅营建许可年率月减1.4%至61.5万栋，五户以上集合住宅则月增19.9%至33.1万栋。彭博社报导，纽约4Cast Inc.资深经济学家David Sloan表示，虽然美国收入与就业的增长仍然较弱，但住房仍是不可或缺，预计住房占收入的比重将会逐渐改善。
商务部表示，9月、10月份新屋开工以及新屋完工数据因为政府关门的影响将推迟至12月18日与11月份的数据一起公布。26日报告则是公布了7月以及8月份新屋开工的修正值，年率分别为89.1万栋与88.3万栋。
