ENRC与北方国际在津巴布韦开采铂矿

彭博社10月22日报导，国营的津巴布韦矿业开发公司将与哈萨克斯坦矿企欧亚自然资源（ENRC）以及中国企业北方国际（000065）共同展开在津巴布韦国内的铂矿开采。津巴布韦铂矿储量在全球仅次于南非，并预计今年将生产铂金36.5万盎司。数据显示，津巴布韦从2008年至2012年的铂金产量分别为：2008年18万盎司，2009年23万盎司，2010年28万盎司，2011和2012年均为34万盎司。
近十年来，国际铂金市场需求猛增，主要原因是大陆汽车工业的迅速发展，对贵金属的需求加大。2012年，由于罢工、矿业公司停产等原因，南非至少减产75万盎司的铂金。这一情况促使了津巴布韦进一步加大铂金生产与出口。2013年1-4月，津巴布韦铂金产量为4727公斤，出口额为2.1亿美元。美国地质调查局（USGS）报告预估，南非、俄罗斯、加拿大和津巴布韦未来10年将继续是全球主要的铂金供应国。
津巴布韦2007年通过本土化法案，2010年进一步公布本土化进程法规，拉开了土化法案进入实施阶段的序幕。根据本土化法案，本地人在各上市公司及其他运营机构的占资比例及可控权益不得少于51%。本土化进程法规则要求所有上市公司以及所有其他盈利机构必须在法规生效（2010年3月1日）后5年内，或公司开始营业5年内“放弃”不少于51%的公司股权或可控权益给本土津巴布韦人。
