南非最大金矿闹罢工 黄金价升破1400

代表南非近三分之二金矿工人，也是南非规模最大的全国矿工工会(National Union of Mineworkers，简称NUM)因薪事谈不拢，自即日起展开全面性罢工行动。
彭博社报导，事件导火线为NUM要求起薪最高调涨六成，但经过谈判后，资方仅愿意为14万名工人调薪，而幅度低到只有6%至6.5%不等。NUM发言人Charmane Russell当日透过电话证实谈判破局，罢工行动正式展开，NUM估计，罢工将使矿商营收每日短少3.49亿南非币或3,400万美元，若加上薪资与税金，每日损失达5.97亿南非币。南非7月份通膨高达6.3%，为此，汽车、营建与航空公司劳工已早先一步发动罢工要求调薪。
嘉实XQ全球赢家报价系统显示，截至台北时间4日03时50分，黄金现货价格劲扬1.9%，暂报1,412.4美元，为近四个交易以来首度走升。
