林幽沃：叙利亚弹丸之地 却陷入世界旋涡之中
在美国当地时间4月13日晚，美军联合英、法两国实施对叙利亚化武设施的导弹打击，令到当地战火再度点燃。
一向只对中东石油资源感到兴趣的美国，在近年来目光开始转向叙利亚。叙利亚本身虽然属于传统的产油国，但在近年油气开采已经逐渐枯萎，那美国究竟意欲何为？
一、战略位置
叙利亚位于亚洲西部，地中海东岸，北与土耳其接壤，东同伊拉克交界，南与约旦毗连，西南与黎巴嫩和巴勒斯坦为邻，西与塞浦路斯隔地中海相望。叙利亚位置重要，靠近世界最大的几个石油储藏国沙特，伊朗，伊拉克，靠近大国俄罗斯的欧洲部分。
二、中东霸权
美国在中东上的战略已经部署多年，从成功攻打伊拉克、利比亚等中东大国后，令亲美派政权上台从而控制石油资源。直至如今，中东地区只剩伊朗以及叙利亚属于亲俄派。叙利亚应当也只是为了后续让四面包围伊朗而作准备。
三、美俄对决
早在数年前，叙利亚政府军在俄罗斯的支援下，几乎全面打败反对派军队的时刻，美国突然发射导弹帮助反弹派，令战争活生生拖了7年之久。而本次精准打击“化武”亦是在反对派屡屡败退的情况下发生，在这弹丸之地中陷入两个军事大国的终极对决。
至今为止，叙利亚战争已经演变成美俄的对抗，在两个军事大国不断提供资金装备的情况下，战争短期内恐怕不能结束。
从资本市场上来看，资金开始寻找避险港湾。为了应对当前战争风险，相当一部分的资金开始流入欧洲市场和黄金市场，其后在长期内，市场风险偏好较低，适合寻找避险产品进行投资。
