德拉基言论重挫欧元
欧洲央行行长德拉基周二在欧洲议会发表讲话时称，英国6月23日的公投给市场增加了不确定性，若有需要，欧洲央行已准备好使用所有政策工具。
德拉基在布鲁塞尔出席欧洲议会听证会时表示，欧元区的通胀势头依然“相对低迷”，即便经济复苏在年初获得动能。
德拉基说道：“我们依然密切关注物价稳定前景的变化，我们随时准备在必要情况下、在我们的权限内动用所有工具以达到我们的目的。尤其是，欧洲央行为英国公投后的各种紧急情况作好准备。”
他还称，仍有进一步的货币政策刺激措施。此后欧元跌幅扩大。
FX Analytics合伙人David Gilmore称，这令市场“震惊”，因为许多投资者误解了德拉基的讲话。
Gilmore说道：“市场解读为将会有更多的月度量化宽松或资产购买，或者在负值区域内进一步下调利率，或者两者都有。这不是他说的，但市场已经开始反应，因为这条消息买入美元、卖出欧元。”
周二纽约尾盘，欧元/美元下跌0.5%，报1.1255，盘中低点在1.1243。
在德拉基发表上述讲话之际，瑞银向其客户发出警告称，如果英国公投影响到流动性或者是导致极端波动情形，该行可能无法在其电子交易平台上执行一些指令。
