IMF主席拉加德：支持美联储渐进式的加息路径
国际货币基金组织主席拉加德周三在华盛顿举行的新闻发布会上称，“我们非常赞同美联储主席耶伦的看法，并且非常强烈地支持任何行动都以数据为依据”、清楚地沟通并且“尽可能地循序渐进”。
拉加德称，“美国可能正在经受经济活力的下降。耶伦认为央行必须清楚沟通，她对此赞同需要避免出现美国利率路径不得不逆转的局面。”
IMF周三下调了其对美国经济今年的增长预估，并敦促美联储在衡量经济能否应对利率上升时，应该容忍物价涨幅略微超过其通胀目标。
IMF预计，2016年美国经济今年将增长2.2%，低于其在4月份时预估的2.4%。但IMF同时维持美国经济2017年将增长2.5%的预估不变。
IMF称，美国经济整体状况还不错。不过，如果想要实现强劲的可持续增长，仍然需要尽快采取协同行动解决经济所面临的一些重大挑战。
货币政策方面，IMF指出，美联储政策利率的路径应当允许物价升幅临时性地温和超过美联储的通胀目标，从而令通胀率能够从上方接近美联储2%的中期目标。
该机构补充道，鸽派倾向将有助于防范物价回落的风险，以免美联储被迫逆转政策路径又重新将利率降回至零。
