俄罗斯是近年来全球市场最大的黄金买家之一，该国央行一直在持续增持黄金储备。
本周俄罗斯央行数据显示，在2015年一整年俄罗斯央行总计增持了208.4吨黄金，其黄金储备增加到了1415吨，同比增长17%。
不过由于金价的下跌，俄罗斯央行的黄金储备价值增加了5.37%至486亿美元。在2015年1月，俄罗斯央行的黄金储备价值460亿美元。
在2015年的增持后，俄罗斯黄金储备占其全部外汇储备的13.18%，较此前的11.96%有所增加。
自2007年以来，俄罗斯央行的黄金储备就出现了持续的增长。
