沙特上调对美国、亚洲原油官方售价

沙特阿拉伯周二（3月3日）调升出口亚洲与美国石油的官方售价，显示全球最大出原油口国认为需求有增强的迹象。
沙特将4月交付美国的原油价格每桶调涨1美元；将出口亚洲的特轻质原油价格每桶调涨1.40美元，显示自从2014年6月油价暴跌后，沙特有信心这两大市场的石油需求正在增长。
在该消息的推动下，美国纽约商业交易所四月的WTI原油期货价格收涨93美分，涨幅1.9%至50.52美元/桶。伦敦洲际期货交易所的布伦特原油四月期货价格上涨1.48美元，涨幅2.5%至61.02美元/桶。
沙特阿拉伯石油部长Ali al-Naimi在2月25日表示，需求正在增长，市场“已平静下来”。这是Ali al-Naimi自2015年油价反弹以来首次发表公开评论，暗示其对于当前的动态感到满意。
更高的售价“可能显示美国和亚洲对沙特的原油需求有所上升，这是看多的信号。”Jefferies能源部门高级副总裁Andy Lebow在接受《华尔街日报》采访时表示。
不过就可获得的最新数据来看，美国进口需求情况还并不乐观。根据美国能源部(EIA)的数据，美国石油制品消费量在12月为1950万桶/天，同比为2010年以来最高值。但因美国的页岩油产量依然在扩大，12月美国自沙特的进口原油的数量降至81.3万桶/天，为2009年8月以来最低。
就在上个月，沙特首次上调对美国的官方石油售价，但下调对亚洲的官方石油售价。
2014年国际油价暴跌期间，沙特一改此前以减产推升油价的策略，不但保持产油供应，还主动打起了价格战。这也是2014年油价连续大跌、全年累计跌幅将近50%的一个原因。
“上调对美国的官方销售价格不意味这一切都结束了，”道明证券商品策略师Michael Loewen认为，新的价格反应了“市场对精炼产品的需求上升。”
不过随着近期市场情绪和供需关系有改善的迹象，2015年前两个月里，油价从1月创下的低点45美元回升到了每桶60美元左右。
