西班牙财长金多斯(Guindos)周一(3月2日)称希腊将获得300至500亿欧元的救助，不过这番讲话遭到欧盟发言人的否认。
德交所通讯社MNI上周四(2月26日)称，希腊与债权人在大选举行之前讨论第三轮救助，早先西班牙财长金多斯宣布该国正与希腊讨论新的救助协议，希腊将获得更多的弹性。
不过一位欧盟发言人已经否认了欧元区财长之间关于第三轮救助的谈判。
希腊副总理Yannis Dragasakis对雅典记者表示，希腊将会在下一次欧元集团的财长会议上提出改革建议，同时这些建议将被量化。
欧元集团主席迪塞尔布洛姆(Jeroen Dijsselbloem)在给荷兰议会的信中表示，欧元集团已经强调除了欧洲金融稳定基金和证券市场计划之外，必须通过欧元集团的审核且最终通过后才会发放对希腊的救助。
希腊政府以及相关机构必须在未来几周完成一系列改革措施，并于4月底之前向欧元集团递交调整后的协议。
欧元集团财长将决定法国整顿赤字的最新截止时间，其中包括2015年预算以及进一步的改革措施。
