央行在1月发布的季度长期展望评估中,将2015财年核心消费者通胀率预估从三个月前的1.7%调降至1.0%,主要归因于国际油价重挫。
日本央行正在购买公债和风险资产,以期推动通胀率达到2%;该央行希望结束多年来的通缩局面,并激励经济持续增长。
许多分析师认为,央行在2015财年实现通胀目标的设想过于雄心勃勃。
日本首相安倍晋三的内阁成员已经表示,他们愿意容忍短时间的通胀下滑,因为油价自去年年中以来已跌去约一半。
12月扣除食品、能源与增税影响的消费者物价按年上升0.1%,这一令人担心的迹象说明,基础需求仍不旺。
央行上个月更新经济预估时称,预期油价在2016财年结束时将升至每桶70美元左右,不过一些分析师称,这一预测可能过于乐观。
