报道称，该官员虽然没有提供希腊推迟提交改革措施的原因，但表示欧元集团已同意接受希腊周二提交改革计划。周二早晨欧元区各财长将接受改革清单，周二中午将举行电话会议。
外媒称，希腊改革将涵盖打击逃税和腐败，以及致力于减少官僚作风和改革公共板块的措施。此外，还将寻求停止发行坏账和房屋止赎。
欧元区各国财政部长将于周二下午召开会议，对希腊政府提交的改革计划进行审查。虽然这一推迟不会导致希腊政府寻求延长2400亿欧元救助计划的目标遭到损害，但却表明极左翼联盟Syriza领导下的新政府在满足国际贷方的要求上面临困境。
