黄金交易国际板拟命名“上海金”

上海市委副书记、市长杨雄8月13日下午赴多家金融要素市场调研并座谈交流时表示，我们将全力支持在沪金融要素市场提升国际竞争力和影响力，为建设上海国际金融中心、助推我国金融领域改革开放发挥更大作用。
杨雄与市委常委、常务副市长屠光绍一行首先来到上海黄金交易所交易大厅，听取筹备中的黄金国际板交易系统情况介绍，并察看仿真交易测试。上海黄金交易所去年黄金出库量已占全球黄金产量60%，占全球消费量近一半。当得知即将在自贸区设立的黄金交易国际板将以人民币计价并准备命名为“上海金”时，杨雄给予充分肯定。
“自贸试验区建设是推进上海‘四个中心’建设的‘加速器’，尤其体现在金融领域的改革开放。”杨雄说，在国家相关部委的指导支持下，包括自由贸易账户等在内的一系列金融开放创新措施正在自贸区稳步推出，加快落地。面对国际经济形势的深刻变化和人民币国际化进程加快，金融领域改革开放任务艰巨紧迫，上海金融要素市场要抓住机遇，紧紧跟上，主动作为。
杨雄说，面对近年来人民币离岸市场兴起，希望中国外汇交易中心形成“倒逼机制”，继续加快业务创新，丰富交易产品，深耕人民币在岸市场，在积极参与国际竞争中进一步巩固和加强人民币相关产品交易主平台和定价中心地位；建成国际黄金交易中心是上海国际金融中心建设的题中应有之义，希望上海黄金交易所紧紧抓住“西金东移”等有利因素，充分运用自贸区开放创新优势，抓紧启动国际板，建立黄金实物标准和人民币计价的黄金基准价，为我国在国际黄金市场赢得更大话语权和定价权。
