德意志银行遭罚款 Q4传亏损

德意志银行(Deutsche Bank)19日意外公布第4季(10-12月)税前亏损高达11.5亿欧元，主因诉讼和重整费用高昂。该行警告今年恐面临更多挑战。
华尔街日报和路透社报导，德意志银行表示，Q4诉讼费用高达5.28亿欧元，整年度的罚款和和解金额增至25亿欧元。去年12月，该行与美国联邦住房金融局(Federal Housing Finance Agency，FHFA)和解房贷抵押证券官司，遭罚19亿美元。德意志银行也因操纵利率，遭欧盟反垄断机关罚款7.25亿欧元。该行同时宣布减记Q4信贷、贷款、融资资产。华尔街日报17日报导该行考虑发布获利警讯后，美股股价闻讯大跌3.04%至52.27美元。
共同执行长Jürgen Fitschen和Anshu Jain指出，预期2014年将面临更进一步挑战，需要执行纪律。该行Q4营收骤减16%至66亿欧元。
德意志银行Q4净损失10亿欧元，远超乎市场预期；彭博社先前访调预估为获利6.98亿欧元。近来投资人迎接美国联准会量化宽松减码冲击，导致债券交易走软重创华尔街投资银行。
