汽车销售增长 钯金成最佳贵金属

《Kitco News》12月11日报导,BMO Capital Markets报告表示,受到中美两国汽车生产与销售增长的带动,预期2014年钯金将成为金属中的首选。报告指出,具有较大柴油车市场的欧洲车市表现平淡;反观以汽油车为主的中国大陆11月汽车销售年增16%,年率达到1,620万辆;美国汽车销售也年增9%,年率达到1,520万辆。铂金与钯金的工业应用分别占其总需求的60%与91%,主要用于生产柴油车与汽油车的触媒转化器。中汽协10日公布2013年11月汽车工业经济运行情形:11月产销量创下有史以来月度产销最高记录,增速继续保持明显提高趋势;1-11月累计增速保持年内第二高水平。中汽协常务副会长兼秘书长董扬表示,大陆今年全年汽车产销量预估将达到2,100万辆。根据LMC Automotive Ltd.的预估,今年全球汽车销量将年增2.7%达到8,320万辆,2014年则预估将年增4.8%至8,720万辆。汽车调研机构AutoData公布的美国11月份新车销售年率优于预期,受惠于年终促销奏效,新车销售年率年增7.11%至1,641万辆,不仅高于前月的1,523万辆,也优于彭博社调查预估的1,580万辆。
铂金与钯金有望成为明年度表现最佳的贵金属,根据彭博社的调查,至2014年第四季,铂金价格将上涨至平均每盎司1,635美元,钯金价格将上涨至平均每盎司823美元。庄信万丰(Johnson Matthey)报告指出,由于工业与投资需求的增长弥补了汽车与首饰市场的需求下滑,2013年铂金市场的供给短缺预估将创下1999年以来的新高;钯金市场的供给缺口则可望缩减,因消费下滑的速度超过了供给的增长。报告预估,今年铂金市场的供给缺口将较上年度扩增78%至60.5万盎司,钯金市场的供给短缺则可望较上年度缩减36%至74万盎司。
