金银价格未战美联储先行大幅创下新低

【行情回顾】
国际现货黄金上周收盘下跌4.73%，至1325.60美元/盎司；国际现货白银下跌6.84%，至22.19美元/盎司。黄金白银均录得近一个月以来的最大周线跌幅。在避险光芒的逝去之后，黄金白银本周将面临更严峻的考验——美联储利率决议，但本周贵金属未战美联储先行大幅下挫。
【基本面分析】
关于金银价格下跌是由于国际社会认同俄罗斯的提议，美国暂时没有动武的合适借口打击叙利亚，不过现在美国也加强叙利亚反对派的援助。只是叙利亚反对派的一盘散沙，如何辨别美国希望支持的反对派与恐怖分子，是美国需要应对的难题。
目前来看，俄方提议得到了联合国、欧盟、日本等各方面的广泛支持，美国对叙利亚动武的可能性暂时很少。今后事态将向叙利亚交出化学武器的方向发展，而不再聚焦在美国有限的军事打击上。所以令金价的避险作用减少，从而下跌。
另外美联储或将自己赶入两难境地，原因是美联储9月利率决议在即，投资者猜测预计美联储削减购债规模会是多少，不同的削减规模将给美元带来不同的上涨幅度。上周四稍早的数据显示，当上周四初请失业金人数为29.2万人，好于预期33万时，令投资者对美联储即将缩减量化宽松（QE）规模的预期比周三（9月11日）时要高。尽管美联储想结束QE，但并不是那么简单，因美联储设定的两个门槛——失业率和通胀率——几乎不在走向目标的轨道上。美联储的委员们似乎正把自己赶进令他们动弹不得的角落。
【走势预测】
预测本周金市还是偏弱为主，目标价先看$1300，如突破看$1270，但一定要做好风险控制，因本周波幅会比较大。
