美國大選在即，避險需求明顯飆升

10月30日，現貨黃金出現巨大商行，由於美國大選的投票結果不確定性比較高，明顯提振了市場對黃金的避險需求，加上美元指數的不穩定波動，黃金目前更受投資者喜愛。
美國和歐洲的新冠疫情愈演愈烈。病毒正在美國加速蔓延，單日新增病例超過了86000例，創下新紀錄。在歐洲，各國已開始採取新的限制措施，以遏制危機。
由於投資者更青睞將美元作為避險工具，金價連續第三個月下跌，持續時間為2019年4月以來最長。滙豐銀行首席貴金屬分析師James Steel表示，到美國大選之前，整個貴金屬市場都會有巨大波動。市場避險情緒提振了美元，打壓了黃金和白銀，但金價銀價的跌勢不太可能再進一步。在疫情和美國大選的影響下，金價銀價會繼續波動，最終會吸引避險情緒的支撐。
本周黃金期貨價格收跌1.3%，為連續第三周下跌，本月黃金期貨下跌0.8%。12月交割的白銀期貨價格上漲29美分，漲幅1.2%，收於每盎司23.646美元，白銀期貨本周下跌超過4%，本月上漲0.7%。
儘管10月份美股動盪，但黃金市場卻出乎意料的平靜。黃金受到了兩種不同因素的影響：對金價不利的財政刺激談判僵局，以及對金價有利的月內多數時間內的疲軟美元。
美國大選只剩下幾天了，沒人願意冒險。大家都持幣觀望，市場交易量低迷，因此放大了價格走勢。投資需求放緩，實物需求疲軟，在這種情況下，金價走低是很容易的。
