歐元兌美元跌至新低，央行將採取更多措施

9月30日，歐元兌美元延續疲憊走勢，行情加速下跌，刷新了市場的最低為。同時德國公佈的9月通脹資料低迷，歐洲央行仰仗德拉基表示將採取更多的經濟措施來刺激經濟的發展。
經濟資料方面，日內德國公佈的9月CPI表現不及預期，這進一步增加了歐洲央行寬鬆的預期，對歐元不利。具體資料顯示，德國9月CPI年率初值實際公佈1.2%，預期1.3%，前值1.4%。
德拉基表示，“利率、資產購買、前瞻性指引等所有工具都可以進行調整。歐洲央行在追求價格穩定目標方面是對稱的。”
德拉基在歐洲央行的任期接近尾聲之際，他再次重申政府加大支出“可以極大地幫助”央行完成使命，並警告當前的寬鬆刺激措施“如果沒有財政政策的支持，可能不得不持續很長時間”，且除非政府加大支出，否則央行政策的效果將不那麼明顯。
德拉基強調，鑒於在全球化下，各國都有自身固有的弱點，重要的是增強聯盟。在某些領域，進一步融合可以實現這一目標。我們需要一個共同的歐元區預算。顯然，這方面的政治辯論還有很長的路要走。但是我很樂觀。他敦促歐元區成員國需建立更加緊密的財政聯盟，稱如果沒有歐元 ，歐元區將仍然是“一盤散沙”。
分析師認為，歐元兌美元目前目標指向1.0870區域。眼下，匯價可能進入盤整模式。自上週五開始的該行觀點不變，也即匯價將挑戰下一支撐1.0870。未來1-2日匯價首先將盤整，只有突破1.0990強勁阻力才能緩解當前下行壓力。
分析師表示，位於1.1058下方，歐元兌美元料繼續下跌。若跌破一年下降通道底部1.0899則將指向2017年1月低點1.0829和2017-18年漲勢的78.6%回檔位1.0814；匯價仍受阻於3個月阻力線1.1058下方，匯價仍處於守勢。
