美國數據向好，美指拉升黃金再跌

5月16日，美國公佈的房市數據以及初請失業金人數好於預期，美元指數短線上升，創下一周新高，而現貨黃金延續在歐盤時段的下跌趨勢，刷新了近三日的低點。
本週三因有消息稱特朗普將考慮推遲對歐洲徵收關稅，市場的避險情緒明顯回落，這使得黃金近期始終承壓於1300美元關口。
儘管日內因地緣局勢的擔憂情緒使得黃金小幅的走高至1298美元上方，但是黃金也為充分利用這一上漲走勢，仍止步於1300美元關口。而隨著美國國債收益率出現了好轉，10年期國債收益率盤中一度反彈1%，同時美元也在一定程度上扭轉了早些時候下跌的走勢，這使得黃金回吐所有的漲幅並刷新日內低點。
而晚間公佈的4月營建許可好於預期，則加劇了黃金的跌勢。匯通網認為美國4月新屋開工總數年化高於預期，表明抵押貸款利率的下行開始為陷入困境的住房市場提供支撐。而同時公佈的美國至5月11日當周初請失業金人數低於預期，表明勞動力市場持續強勁，失業率仍在近50年低位，這將支撐經濟。
週三美國零售銷售數據不及預期，不過美元並沒有因此回落，因市場認為因汽車消費下滑導致零售銷售疲軟是個一次性的事件，不能說明美國消費市場放緩。隨著日內公佈兩大數據均好於預期，進一步打消了市場對於消費市場疲軟的擔憂情緒，因此推動美元的進一步走高，並刷新一周高點至97.7377。
分析人士指出，隨著日內美國公佈的經濟數據向好，近期美元料仍有進一步上行的空間，因近期歐系貨幣和商品貨幣普遍走軟，這將會對黃金繼續構成壓力。
本周早些時候公佈的德國和歐洲ZEW指數均不及預期，而隨著近期義大利預算風波再起，可能會加劇歐元的拋售。英國方面脫歐局勢遲遲未能取得有效進展，受此影響，此前英鎊一度刷新3個月低點，短時間下行的走勢料持續。
而澳洲方面早些時候公會的失業率數據差於預期，這是澳洲就業狀況自2015年8月以來首次出現負面因素，同時澳洲主要商業信心指數走軟——4月份NAB商業信心持平，為4年來最低，進一步強化澳洲聯儲降息的預期，因為上一次商業信心指數回落到當前低位水準時，澳洲聯儲降息了25個基點。
但是分析人士表示，由於國際貿易擔憂情緒猶存疊加全球經濟增長憂慮，投資者似乎沒有出現進一步押注看空黃金的意願，因此黃金的下行空間有限。在國際貿易局勢和全球經濟走向出現明確的信號前，料黃金仍維持震盪走勢。
