美國第一季度經濟增長表現可能很亮眼

此消彼長使得2019年全年增長預測保持2.4%不變，2020年則為1.9%，表明大多數經濟學家仍然懷疑特朗普總統是否能連續第二年實現3%左右的擴張。
這些預測也支持了美聯儲在利率上的耐心態度，因決策者們正在衡量全球經濟增長放緩和美國低迷的通貨膨脹。
調高第一季度預估反映了進口放緩和庫存積累高於預期等因素，這些可能會對今年的增長造成壓力。分析師將其第一季度預測從1.1%上調至2.5%，並降低了對第二、第三和第四季度的預期。
分析師表示，對於第一季度，庫存增長遠遠高於我們一個月前的估計，推高了增速。庫存正在成為一個問題，企業在第二、第三乃至第四季度要處理這些庫存。
