美國CPI數據喜憂參半，歐元走弱美指沖高

4月10日，美國3月核心CPI數據有所下降，美元指數短線下滑，金價短期走高，但美國3月CPI年率好於預期，加上歐洲央行行長德拉基講話讓歐元有所承壓，美元逐步回升，現貨黃金短線震盪。
具體數據顯示，美國3月未季調CPI年率為1.9%，好於預期的1.8%，前值為1.5%；美國3月未季調CPI指數公佈值為254.2，與預期相符，高於前值的252.8。但美國3月未季調核心CPI年率僅為2%，較前值及預期的2.1%有所下滑。
而核心CPI較2月份下滑0.1%，將導致收益率曲線變得陡峭，前端表現優於10年和30年期限。溫和的美國物價數據在可交易新聞的排名中佔據較低的位置，本周的CPI指可能會激發針對美聯儲降息預期的更激進押注。
值得注意，美國總統特朗普上周再度呼籲美聯儲降息，他用通脹不足來證明其要求美聯儲改變政策的合理性。而美國聯邦基金期貨市場走勢表明，投資者似乎也確信，美聯儲降息只是時間問題。
與此同時，歐洲央行行長德拉基也在20:30召開新聞發佈會，繼續看衰經濟增長前景，並強調有必要保持寬鬆。全球的逆風給經濟發展帶來壓力，數據反映了外部需求疲軟，潛在通脹疲軟。
歐洲央行公佈的聲明稱，預計目前的利率水準至少將持續到2019年底，無論如何，只要有必要，就可以維持有利的流動性條件和充分的寬鬆貨幣政策。該央行將在首次加息後延長量化寬鬆債務的再投資期限，歐洲央行打算繼續全額再投資於在APP下購買的到期證券，時間超過開始提高利率的日期。
