特朗普徵收歐盟關稅，歐盟強硬回應

當地時間4月9日，美股總統特朗普發推文，宣佈將對歐盟產品徵收關稅，而歐盟準備就美國對波音公司實行報復性關稅。雙方強硬的語氣都讓整個大西洋的貿易聯盟有著十分緊張的局勢。
這兩套擬議的懲罰性措施是美國和歐盟在世界貿易組織(WTO)長達14年爭端的最新轉折，雙方都指責對方非法補貼各自的主要飛機製造商。
宣佈針對噴氣式客機、乳酪、葡萄酒和摩托車等歐洲商品的新措施時，美國貿易代表辦公室表示歐盟對空客的支持造成了“不利影響”。
歐盟稱美國貿易代表辦公室引用的110億美元金額遭到“嚴重誇大”，並表示正準備實施反擊。雖然歐盟尚未披露會被針對的美國商品總量，但空客稱歐盟會對美國採取“規模大得多的反制措施”。
當此之際，歐盟成員國正致力於批准授權歐洲委員會就削減工業關稅與特朗普政府展開磋商。歐洲正在努力抵擋美國對外國汽車和零部件的關稅威脅，而新的威脅可能會讓形勢變得更加複雜。
美國政府表示，只有在WTO今年夏季做出最終決定後，美國威脅的關稅才會實施。WTO去年5月裁定，空中客車的A380和A350飛機獲得了非法補貼，影響了波音的銷售。
以法國為首的部分歐盟成員國已經開始對與美國談判的價值產生了懷疑，美國去年7月應歐盟要求，同意避免特朗普威脅要征的汽車關稅。此外授權草案專門提及，如果美國對歐盟徵收新的關稅，歐盟可以選擇退出。
然而他還暗示美國政府希望看到歐盟停止有關補貼，波音和美國聲稱這些補貼讓空中客車在全球競爭激烈的客機市場中獲得了不公平的優勢。
他說，我們的最終目標是與歐盟達成協議，以終止所有對大型民用飛機的、有違WTO規定的補貼。當歐盟停止這些有害補貼時，美國加征的關稅就可以取消。
波音發佈聲明稱，該公司支持美國貿易代表及其團隊為提高全球飛機市場競爭環境公平性所作出的不懈努力。
美國首次向WTO投訴空中客車從數以十億美元計的非法補貼中廣泛獲益，距今已有近15年。歐盟的反訴也仍在該貿易組織蜿蜒推進，WTO上個月裁定華盛頓州向波音提供的約3.25億美元稅收優惠是非法的。
