非農就業好轉但薪資下滑，未來美聯儲會降息嗎

上周五美國勞工部公佈數據，美國的3月非農就業人口變動19.6萬，好於市場預期，而失業率為維持穩定，但是薪資年率不及預期，下滑至3.2%，這一影響也對美聯儲是否在執行降息的決定有了較大的影響。
整體而言，3月非農報告可能會降低美聯儲2020年1月份降息的概率，給隔夜美聯儲官員的鷹派講話提供依據。分析師指出，美國的失業率依然處於下降趨勢，今年下半年美國的失業率將降至3.5%。平均時薪今年增速將慢慢會回升至4%。美國勞工部稱，3月專業/醫療保健/技術服務就業人數錄得增加。
非農公佈後，市場預計美聯儲年內降息概率小幅下降至52.6%；3月非農數據公佈後，聯邦基金利率期貨暗示市場預計美聯儲2019年年內加息概率為零，降息概率為52.6%，預計在12月會議上降息；如果美聯儲年內不降息，那麼2020年1月會議上降息的概率為58.0%。

對於3月非農報告，美國3月就業增長從此前17個月低位加速向前，主要因溫和的天氣提振如建築業等行業的活動，這有助於進一步驅散有關一季度經濟大幅放緩的擔憂。
相比以往的其他報告，這份數據讓人更想追問就業的潛在增速是多少：人們在談論潛在的經濟衰退，擔憂和不確定因素，我們今年到目前為止還沒有正常的數據流。
分析師稱，就業報告喜憂參半，但總體來說非常可觀；上個月雇傭人數的健康反彈應該有助於平息對經濟衰退的擔憂；不過，工資增長放緩表明，美聯儲去年12月的加息可能是本輪週期中的最後一次加息，這種觀點無助於提振美元。
