周二(8月10日)美元指數漲0.09％至93.05，盤中觸及93.14，為7月21日以來最高水平；美國10年期國債收益率上漲1.9個基點至1.34％。大田環球分析師表示，美元買盤良好，自上周中以來一直如此。幾名美聯儲官員的鷹派言論，加上就業崗位連續第二個月增加逾90萬，再次證實了市場的猜測，即美聯儲將很快做出縮減購債規模的決定。
美聯儲逆回購工具使用量再次逼近1萬億美元
周二美聯儲逆回購工具的需求達到9987億美元，為連續第五天上升，因融資市場上充斥著大量現金。美聯儲正在進行的資産購買，以及財政部提取其一般賬戶現金，已經造成了現金過剩；此外政府背景企業的本金和利息支出也在湧入。在供應方面，財政部今年已償付逾8500億美元的國庫券，鑒于債務上限已恢複，目前財政部沒有停下來的計劃。
美國參議院就3.5萬億美元預算計劃進行馬拉松式連續投票
美國參議院民主黨人正持續推進一項預算決議，以確立拜登提出的3.5萬億美元經濟議程。參議員們將在未來幾個小時內對數十項擬議修正案進行馬拉松式投票，這可能會持續到深夜。多數這些修正案旨在傳遞政治信息，不太可能被采納。此前共和黨人提出了數百項旨在限制民主黨加稅或修改移民法的條款，但最終其中只有一小部分將能得到表決，而能獲得通過的更是少之又少。
