黃金多頭形勢不樂觀，OECD發出信號

3月10日，現貨黃金有所承壓，由於後市美元指數和美債收益率重拾漲勢，金價有一定壓力。若經濟數據表明美國經濟處於復蘇，加上1.9萬億刺激方案的進行，黃金面臨更大的下跌走勢。若刺激計畫影響擴大全球，也會帶來較大的通脹影響。
美國眾議院週二以219-210的投票結果，決定推進拜登總統的1.9萬億美元新冠救助議案進入最終辯論和表決，預計週三會獲得通過。這項規模龐大的計畫是美國自上世紀60年代以來最大的紓困措施之一。
由民主黨人控制的參議院經過馬拉松式的通宵會議，於上周六通過了自己版本的議案，取消或削減了眾議院最初議案中的一些條款，包括將聯邦最低工資提高到每小時15美元的條款。
抗疫援助法案將提供4000億美元，向每個美國人直接發放1400美元，幫助年收入不到8萬美元的個人和年收入少於16萬美元的夫妻。一旦國會最後批准該法案，拜登將之簽成法律，美國政府可以說幾乎馬上可以開始簽發支票。
最近美元走勢與美國公債收益率亦步亦趨。由於押注經濟反彈將好於預期並引發通脹大增，加上拜登總統最快可能本周簽署1.9萬億美元救助法案，美債收益率上升提高了美元的吸引力，並拋售黃金等避險資產。
OECD稱，美國經濟今明兩年將分別增長6.5%和4.0%，都高於其12月預測的增長3.2%和3.5%。並估計，美國刺激計畫將在推出後的第一個整年，使得美國產出平均提高約3-4%。隨著公共資金流入美國經濟，刺激計畫可望在年底前為美國創造出高達300萬個就業崗位，但在前兩年也可能使得年通脹率平均增加0.75個百分點。
美元原本持續走跌，2020年四季度下滑逾4%，這樣的趨勢通常是經濟復蘇的前兆。但在美聯儲顯然不願壓低美債收益率或淡化升息前景之後，如今美元上漲走勢已經進入第三個月。由於美聯儲拒絕抑制實質收益率上升，已經給美元的漲勢“亮起綠燈”。
去年在主席鮑威爾領導下，美聯儲放棄了設定貨幣政策的老辦法，轉而採用強調就業並淡化通脹風險的新方法。所以和美國總統拜登一樣，美聯儲的首要任務也是讓疫情期間失業的數百萬人重新就業。
