黃金溫和反彈，美債再度走出新高度

3月1日，現貨黃金出現反彈，但還是無法抵消上月創下的跌幅，同時美債收益率重新走高，有望延續當前漲勢。美元指數創下近三周新高，債券受到大量拋售，意味著市場押注美聯儲收緊政策比預期要早，也提振了美元的需求。
美國總統拜登贏得了他的第一個立法勝利，眾議院在上周六(2月27日)早些時候以219票對212票通過了他的1.9萬億美元的新冠疫情救助計畫，並將其提交給參議院。
投資者預計拜登1.9萬億美元刺激方案終將獲得通過，美國經濟有望加速復蘇，美債收益率飆升。債券遭到大舉拋售，意味著投資者押注美聯儲收緊政策需比預期早得多，並提振對美元的需求。
不過民主黨人通過該法案提高最低工資的希望面臨挑戰。民主黨計畫在參議院採取一項立法程式，以允許他們在沒有共和黨支持的情況下通過該議案。
眾議院通過的法案將使全國最低時薪自2009年以來首次從7.25美元提高至15美元。佩洛西預測，無論最新工資增加與否，救助法案都將獲得國會通過，並表示民主黨不會放棄此事。
此外針對刺激支票的覆蓋面，民主黨內也存在不同聲音。民主黨參議員Joe Manchin認為拜登目前的提議覆蓋面太大，新一輪刺激支票發放對象應縮小範圍，著重針對新冠大流行期間失去收入的美國人。Manchin並沒有確切說出他希望領受新一輪救濟的具體收入門檻，但可以肯定個人上限至少不會低於5萬美元，這也是共和黨人在本月初提出的一項法案中設定的上限。
美聯儲主席鮑威爾將在3月4日華爾街日報舉辦的活動上就經濟狀況發表講話。他上周重申美聯儲將不理會近期通脹急升，只有在美國經濟明顯好轉時才會收緊政策。
美國近期公佈的宏觀經濟數據令人鼓舞，最新一期初請失業金人數意外大幅下降，創三個月低點，表明新冠感染下降在一定程度上支撐就業市場。零售銷售也在1月反彈。
但2月席捲美國南部的冬季寒潮可能令經濟前景變得複雜，美國道瓊斯指數最近兩個交易日自歷史高位大幅回落逾3%。亞特蘭大聯儲主席博斯蒂克此前表示，不擔心近期國債收益率上升，暗示美聯儲尚無收緊貨幣政策打算。
鑒於收益率波動“遠遠領先於”經濟基本面，因此債市走勢蓋過經濟數據，成為壓制黃金價格的主要驅動因素。儘管美元最近幾個交易日大幅反彈，但這不意味著美聯儲會採取任何重大措施收緊政策。
