金價有所回升，美國對伊朗又出新手段

1月31日，現貨黃金出現探底回升，雖然WHO淡化了投資者對公共衛生事件的疑慮，但市場仍希望有更多的資訊來判斷市場走勢，同時美國經濟增長連續兩年沒達到特朗普的增長目標，美國制裁伊朗官員，使投資者難以放棄避險資產。
國際貨幣基金組織(IMF)週四表示，現在量化其對全球經濟可能產生的影響還為時過早。更廣泛的影響取決於“退潮”速度。
但投資者仍在等待有關該事件新的更多資訊，擔憂事態升級及其可能給全球經濟造成的潛在影響。避險潮兩周以來重創了股市和商品貨幣等風險資產，黃金則相對受益。
金風險似乎偏于上行。“我們認為，其影響很大程度上會在前期體現。我們也不確切知道未來幾天、幾周或幾個月的情況將如何演變，因此也不知道這一衝擊會持續多長時間。”
美國政府週四(1月30日)表示，將允許俄羅斯、中國和歐洲的公司繼續在伊朗核基地開展工作，稱它們的存在使德黑蘭更難以發展核武器。
特朗普政府2018年退出2015年簽署的伊核協議，恢復對伊朗制裁。制裁禁止非美國公司與AEOI往來，而通過發佈制裁豁免可允許相關工作繼續開展。
但鑒於美國對伊朗極限施壓的總體策略不會有根本性改變，美國制裁伊朗核高管的做法只會加劇地區緊張局勢，所以做多黃金似乎是合理策略。
美國經濟連續第二年未能實現特朗普政府設定的3%的增長目標，2019年的年增長率創三年來最低，因在具破壞性的貿易緊張形勢下，企業投資進一步下降。
溫和的經濟增長削弱了特朗普和其共和黨同僚的論點，即強勁的經濟增長將為減稅買單，預計減稅計畫是將今年聯邦預算赤字推高至1.02萬億美元的因素之一。
驅動增長的因素減少，美國經濟2020年很難出現特朗普預期中的大幅增長。而大選年疊加公共衛生事件的負面影響，美國股市波動幅度可能加大，市場動盪也利好黃金等避險資產前景。
