金價下行有限，貿易局勢越發嚴峻

12月9日，國際金價從低位反彈，因市場對貿易局勢的擔憂限制了金價的下滑，而本周是美國是否對中國商品徵收新一輪關稅的最後期間，同時英鎊受到最新民調的提振，抑制了避險情緒發酵，但目前樂觀態度為時尚早。
投資者還在關注美國假日購物季的表現，因為消費者支出被視為美國經濟增長的第一大引擎。與此同時12月15日是美國是否決定對1560億美元中國商品徵收新一輪關稅的最後期限。
中國商務部部長助理任鴻斌週一表示，希望中美雙方本著平等互利相互尊重的原則推進談判和磋商，照顧到彼此的核心關切，儘快取得各方都滿意的結果。
中美貿易爭端是關注焦點，其他貿易議題同樣也不容投資者忽略。這其中最引人注目的是，美國政府威脅可能對法國價值24億美元的香檳、手包和乳酪等產品徵收最高達100%的懲罰性進口關稅。
英鎊兌美元升至4月4日以來高位的1.3179，因最新民意調查顯示，在週四(12月12日)大選之前，英國首相詹森所屬的保守黨擴大領先優勢。
詹森對媒體表示：“脫歐將給這個國家的治理帶來最徹底最深刻的改變。”他補充說，如果在議會的650席中贏得多數，他將帶領英國在1月31日退出歐盟。
投票將在北京時間週四15點至週五6點進行。不過需要提醒的是，民調基本上未能成功預測2016年公投結果，也未能預測特雷莎·梅在2017年大選中失去多數地位。
兩大政黨之間的差距並不需要縮小多少就能產生另一個懸浮議會，現在就樂觀斷言英國將消除脫歐不確定性為時尚早。英鎊將在前期高位1.3378附近遇阻。
