在美聯儲即將召開為期兩天的議息會議之際，雖然特朗普此番言論無力阻力美聯儲12月加息，但也加劇了市場對美聯儲2019年加息放緩加息步伐的預期，從而施壓美元，提振歐元。
分析師表示，歐元兌美元短期內將位於1.13附近，未來12個月內將升至1.25，雖然歐洲央行目前正式結束了購債計畫，但12月例會清楚地表示目前不會立即加息。與此同時，美聯儲似乎決定達到中性利率，之後加息立場軟化，使得風險偏向於繼續套利並為美元提供週期性支持。
考慮到未來一周內市場缺乏重磅經濟數據出爐，因此其他外部因素以及美聯儲利率決議將成為歐元兌美元走勢的關鍵，整體而言，由於臨近年底，我們不會排除空頭回補可能會幫助歐元兌美元進一步走高的風險。
目前耶誕節和新年假期逐步臨近，市場似乎已提前進入度假模式，不過年底前市場仍可能出現大行情，本周包括美聯儲在內的多家央行將公佈12月利率決議，投資者們將尋求交投方向。
反之可能令匯市維持區間交投之勢，未來十幾個交易日倉位、估值及流動性可能發揮更大作用，本周美聯儲12月利率決議可能奠定2019年匯市交投方向，歐元兌美元已自低點進行調整，上行關注能否上破1.1450。
