貿易戰為何打壓黃金，新興市場促成美元避險
現貨黃金價格在9月5日收到技術性買盤支撐，在一周低點開始反彈，但是總體偏弱。全球貿易戰升級的威脅讓人擔憂，新興市場經濟前景讓投資者產生更多焦慮，不斷催促投資者對美元的避險需求。
美國亮麗的經濟指標強化了美聯儲進一步加息的預期，也為美元增添支撐力道，進而推動美元指數進一步大幅度反彈。今年以來，國際金價大跌近8.5%。美聯儲加息、全球貿易紛爭以及土耳其貨幣危機，促使避險資金尋求美元駐泊，金價不堪重負。
美國經濟依然強勁，勞動力市場也很強勁，通脹率無疑是加息的理由，房地產市場相對較疲軟，但這是因為價格相當高，它不應阻止美聯儲加息。不過12月份加息具有不確定性，因為美國總統特朗普的貿易政策很難預測。
分析師稱：“特朗普以這樣或那樣的方式做他說過會做的事情，因此我預測關稅措施會被實施，普遍看法是特朗普會採取某種行動，因為大家都認為他說到做到。如果他什麼都不做
的話，市場將會感到意外。”
市場今年多數時間處於高度焦慮狀態，因擔心美國總統特朗普“美國優先”的保護主義政策可能衝擊全球經濟增長。Sera表示：“面對關稅問題的時候，很難看到新興市場貨幣買盤。”
土耳其《自由報》9月5日援引土總統埃爾多安的話稱，土耳其無法滿足美國就正在審理中的美籍牧師安德魯·布倫森案件所提出的非法要求。
土耳其里拉危機和美中貿易戰使得美元成為投資者的首選避險資產，而美國總統特朗普似乎對美元強勢及其給他的敵手帶來的壓力頗為滿意。
阿根廷政府週二表示，希望國際貨幣基金組織(IMF)可於9月下半月批准一項金援方案，在阿根廷力圖脫離嚴重的經濟危機之際，為該國提供更多金援。
