脫歐大臣辭職,英鎊恐接受嚴峻考驗

有報導稱,或因不滿英國首相特雷莎·梅提出的脫歐協議,英國脫歐大臣戴維斯宣佈辭職,此後英國脫歐事務部次長貝克也隨之辭去公職。受此消息影響,特雷莎·梅可能面臨下臺危機,英鎊可能因此承壓。

有報導稱,或因不滿英國首相特雷莎·梅提出的脫歐協議,英國脫歐大臣戴維斯(David Davis)宣佈辭職,此後英國脫歐事務部次長貝克(Steve Baker)也隨之辭去公職。

有關英國政府內部出現分裂的報導應該不足為奇。但是,戴維斯在契克斯內閣會議通過首相脫歐計畫後提出辭職,這種做法的影響很嚴重!戴維斯辭職暴露出英國政府內部對於脫歐前景的分歧。目前英國保守黨多名議員也因此批評特雷莎·梅的脫歐協議,稱其有名無實。

戴維斯在7月9日表示,他認為特雷莎·梅的政策正在破壞英國與歐盟之間的脫歐談判,而且英國議會不會在脫歐後真正重獲權力。

戴維斯在寫給特雷莎·梅的辭職信中表示:“鑒於英國的總體政策方向,我們至多處於一個疲弱的談判地位,且可能是不可避免的疲弱地位。”戴維斯還在信中警告稱:“在我看來,擬議政策的必然後果是,議會所謂的控制權變得虛幻而非真實。”

特雷莎·梅的辦公室發表了戴維斯的這封辭職信。

前英國央行委員布蘭奇福勞(Danny Blanchflower)認為,隨著脫歐大臣戴維斯辭職,英國首相特雷莎·梅可能也面臨下臺危機,可能會在本周失去首相之位。

受以上消息影響,英鎊一度震盪下跌近50點,抹去早盤所有漲幅,未來恐面臨進一步挑戰。
