王垣鑫：新一轮制裁或将获得通过，现货黄金保持宽幅震荡
近段时间现货黄金价格主要保持横盘震荡走势，区间基本维持在1910-1950内。昨日金价亚盘开盘后小幅回落不过下方1920一线位置支撑依然有效，价格受支撑后持续反弹，晚间最高反弹至1938位置附近，虽然随后金价出现承压回落，但目前整体仍交投于1930一线位置的上方。
乌克兰寻求对俄罗斯的“毁灭性”制裁
乌克兰希望对俄罗斯实施具有足够经济破坏力的制裁，以结束其战争。此前，乌克兰指责一些国家仍将金钱的重要性优先置于惩罚对平民的杀戮之上。西方国家谴责平民杀戮是战争罪。乌总统泽连斯基周四说，民主国家必须禁运俄罗斯石油，并完全阻止俄罗斯银行进入国际金融体系。华盛顿周三宣布的措施包括对俄罗斯总统普京的两个成年女儿和一家大型银行实施制裁。然而，欧盟周三未批准包括对俄罗斯煤炭在内的新一轮制裁。欧盟最高外交官博雷利表示，该方案可能在周四或周五通过。
欧洲央行撤走刺激措施意愿强烈
欧洲央行会议记录显示，在3月10日的会议上，政策制定者撤走刺激措施的意愿似乎很强烈，一些决策者甚至力主采取更多行动，因加息条件要么已经满足，要么即将得以满足。决策者在会议上同意在第三季度的某个时候结束债券购买，但没有进一步承诺撤走刺激措施，尽管在能源和食品价格高企的推动下通胀继续飙升。但周四的会议记录显示，有相当一部分决策者希望更进一步，为债券购买设定明确的结束日期，因为购债计划已经实现了目标，且目前存在通胀在很长一段时间内超过目标的风险。
昨天金价小幅回落后出现反弹，虽然价格仍未能突破近期的1910-1950宽幅震荡区间，但价格跨过区间内1930强弱分界线，若能在日内有效站稳则暗示后市短时间内有望进一步反弹至1950附近，届时需留意区间顶部对价格的压制效果。但如果日内再度失守1930一线位置，则暗示暂时价格都会以弱势整理为主。
