王垣鑫：基本面叠加技术双重利空，金价重挫近40美元
经过上周后半段时间的大幅下滑过程后，本周出虽然金价出现较大幅度的反弹走势，但昨天金价在傍晚时段触及1776附近位置后开始承压回落。昨日晚间最低下探至1745一线位置，在短暂的震荡整理后凌晨时段进一步延续下跌过程，低点刷新至1737一线位置，目前正处于反弹修正的过程中。
英国央行维持购债规模和利率不变
英国央行预计三季度GDP增速较疫情前水平低2.5%。预计三季度的GDP增速为2.1%，此前预计为2.9%。下修三季度GDP的增速反应了供应限制带来的影响。通胀部分由基数效应驱动。任何最初的紧缩措施都应该通过银行利率来实施。目前能源的发展对4月份预测的数据构成上行风险。预计到2022年二季度英国通胀率可能保持在4％以上。
美国共和党拒与民主党合作
鉴于共和党反对将债务上限与权宜支出法案挂钩，美国众议院议长佩洛西暗示，民主党将在不提高债务上限的情况下通过权宜支出法案避免政府关停。佩洛西在周四的记者会上称，无论结果如何，9月30日前我们将在两院通过“持续决议法案”(CR)，为联邦政府在10月31日开始的新财年提供资金支持。众议院本周通过了一项权宜支出措施，将保证联邦政府的运作维持到12月3日，暂停债务上限直至2022年12月16日。不过，预计参议院会阻止该法案通过。
昨日金价短暂反弹后大幅下跌，录得带大阴线实体的K线形态直接收回本周的所有反弹幅度，目前MACD指标双线仍在死叉过程当中，而且本轮金价的反弹过程并没有破坏现阶段金价的震荡下跌形态，暗示后市价格仍有较大的机会进一步走弱。
四小时级别方面，经过昨日金价的大幅下跌过程后，虽然今天早间价格自低位有所反弹，但目前短期均线簇都呈现向下运行的状态，表示短时间内趋势偏向空方，加上MACD指标双线已经发出死叉信号并进入0轴下方弱势区域日内进一步下行的几率较大，亚欧盘需要留意MA5和MA10均线的压制效果。
