王垣鑫：稳打稳扎！现货黄金紧守日线均线支撑
本周金价周初摆脱前方低位震荡区间后，进一步延续低位反弹过程。不过，昨日金价出现过山车走势，在早间从1800关口上方回落后，欧盘时段金价在1795附近大幅反弹，晚间到达日内最高点1818附近经过短暂震荡整理后未能站稳，随后迅速回落并收回日内所有上涨幅度，但1795一线位置支撑效果良好目前价格再度走上1800上方。
拜登宣传上调企业税
美国总统拜登周三在伊利诺州一所社区大学解释在美国推出数以万亿美元计基础建设方案的理由。该方案资金以调升企业税来筹措，来自美国商业团体的反对声浪逐渐升高。目前，企业提供的税金不到美国税收的10%，远低于1940年代的接近40%。拜登政府的基本经济论据是，企业和美国富人都没有为支持美国的研究、教育、基础设施和工人支付其“合理的份额”。 国际货币基金组织(IMF)预计，如果拜登的计划顺利实施，2021年美国经济增长率将达到7.0%，这是全球从疫情引发的衰退中最强劲的复苏表现之一。
欧洲央行本周暂时搁置拟定政策指引纲要的提议
据熟悉本周会议辩论的官员透露，政策制定者拒绝了一项建议，即在通胀目标改变后，阐明他们可能在何时、何种情况下准备收紧货币政策。在欧洲央行关于未来利率和资产购买的指引中，有几个部分是与将通胀提升到该行现已经过时的略低于2%的目标有关。在7月22日的政策会议上，这一措辞将需要改变，以反映新的2%的通胀目标和一种可能使物价暂时更快增长的战略。理事会成员在完成策略评估时收到了该项建议。欧洲央行官员表示，由于担心这样的声明会转移人们对评估结果的注意力，这个想法很快就被搁置了。
从日线级别上看，昨日金价冲高回落录得带上影线的阴线K线形态，价格虽然创出近期新高但最终仍回落至MA5均线附近，暗示短时间内价格多头的上涨极度以来MA5的均线支撑效果，所以日内投资者需要继续留意MA5均线的支撑，也就是1795-1800区间的支撑效果。
而昨日金价在经过晚间冲高回落过程后，虽然整体依然保持略微的震荡偏上行走势，但MACD指标双线已经开始了死叉的过程，金价破高后未能站稳，反而重新回落至起涨点附近，短时间内指标出现顶背离信号，后市一旦跌破1795，或暗示价格即将开启顶背离的回调过程，届时或将迎来大幅度回调的趋势.
