王垣鑫：美指上升力压群雄，金价涨幅尽归虚无
虽然本周初金价一度从低位反弹并重新站上1800美元/盎司整数关口上方，但昨日亚盘金价失守1800美元/盎司整数关口后大幅回落，下行过程持续一整天，回落幅度超过了30美元最低触及1765美元/盎司，重新回到上周低点位置附近，目前来看现货黄金价格的下跌趋势有所放缓，但整体表现仍然弱势。
美国债收益率飙升反映经济乐观情绪
数位美联储官员周四表示，美国国债收益率飙升反映了市场对经济走出新冠危机的乐观情绪，并强调央行并没有因此过早收紧政策的计划。圣路易斯联储行长布拉德在一次线上演讲后对记者表示，认为到目前为止，收益率的上升可能是一个好兆头，因为它确实反映出美国经济增长前景和通胀预期改善，并促使后者更接近委员会的通胀目标。布拉德和另外两名美联储决策者所发表评论，显示央行的政策制定者都团结在美联储主席杰罗姆·鲍威尔对货币政策调整持耐心态度的立场周围。
抵押贷款利率上涨令楼市繁荣面临风险
随着美债收益率的上涨，美国的抵押贷款利率升至六个月来最高水平，借贷成本上升可能抑制大流行病期间的楼市繁荣。房地美周四公布的数据显示，平均30年期固定抵押贷款利率报2.97%，高于上周的2.81%，创去年8月份以来最高水平。今年1月初该利率触及纪录低点2.65%。随着利率攀升，美国住房抵押贷款申请上周降至九个月低位，而1月份二手房签约量降至六个月低点。房地美首席经济学家表示，利率上涨加上需求推动房价上涨、库存低企，限制了潜在购房者的竞争力以及其能够负担的房价。
金价短时间内再度测试三个月低点支撑
昨日金价大幅下跌收回近期所有反弹幅度，重新回到1760美元/盎司附近，该位置从去年11月下旬开始已经第三度触碰。从日线级别上看价格前几日反弹后，再度跌至MA5均线下方承压，MACD指标有重新向下开口迹象，暗示后市下跌过程或有机会进一步延续，需留意上方MA5均线压力效果。日内价格下跌趋势虽暂时出现放缓迹象，但整体仍承压于MA5均线下方，MACD指标双线仍在死叉过程中，表示回落阶段或尚未结束，需密切留意MA5均线的压力效果，可以MA5均线的上破为价格回调的信号，但上方1790一线压力建议需重点留意。
