王垣鑫：欧盟或出台新一轮刺激方案，黄金延续回落过程

昨日现货黄金价格早间开盘后震荡走高，但上方1735美元/盎司一线压力效果良好，价格承压回落后展开回落趋势，日内剩余时间均在震荡回落中度过，凌晨时分回落趋势放缓，截止至目前为止，金价维持1708-1716区间内震荡整理。
欧盟或出炉新一轮抗疫刺激方案
欧盟委员会将在今日公布新一轮与新冠疫情全球大流行有关的刺激方案。根据德法两国政府的提案，这笔资金料将用于支持医疗保健工作，以及扶持旅游业在内的整个欧元区经济。此外作为欧盟2021-2027预算的补充，这笔资金将以赠款形式支持受疫情打击的部门和地区，意味着被援助的成员国无需偿还现金，债务责任将被纳入欧盟预算。
高盛集团指出，复苏基金提案应该会暂时缓解欧洲经济货币联盟的主权债务息差压力，同时也会限制欧元立即贬值的压力。如果欧盟在德法提案的基础上以立法程序制定新的刺激计划，可能代表着该地区朝着更大力度的政政策协调迈出了很重要的一步，并且会让欧元兑美元变得更具竞争力。同时，欧洲股市也可能从中渔利，即将到来的刺激计划料将为受新冠疫情影响的企业提供支持，并帮助实现数字化和环境转型。
现货黄金价格震荡回落
前段时间金价持续在日线级别三角形震荡区间内运行，价格在突破后出现短时间冲高走势，但此过程未能得到延续，金价在1765美元/盎司一线承压后持续回落。昨天金价更是跌穿1720美元/盎司一线整数支撑关口，并在今日进一步下探并测试1710美元/盎司一线整数关口支撑效果。
虽然下方已经面临前方三角形震荡区间上轨支撑，但目前macd指标双线仍在死叉过程当中，整体形式难言乐观。短时间内需注意kdj指标走低所带来的调整需求，留意其是否能带动金价出现一定幅度的反弹。不过，现阶段5日线已经向下拐头形成压力，日内留意1720-1725区间反压效果。
